   A. Return & Replacement Policy for Physical Products

• To ensure transparency and support, we request all customers to take a clear video while unboxing the package. This video acts as valid proof in case the product is damaged during transit.
• We accept replacements only for products that are received in damaged condition.
• Please email or send the unboxing video to us at thilakascollections@outlook.com within 3 days of delivery.
• Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process replacements or refunds.

  If eligible:

• The damaged product must be returned intact to the address we provide.
• We will issue a replacement based on availability.
  If the same product is unavailable, we will offer:
• A refund for the item, or A replacement with another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer, if applicable).
• Approved Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 Business days.
  Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be made within 7-10 business days.

   B. Order Cancellations & Partial Fulfillments

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for another item.
• If a specific item in your order is unavailable or cannot be processed, we will:
• Offer a replacement of equal value, Provide a refund for that item only, or Offer a higher-value item (with the price difference to be paid by the customer).
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10–15 working days, depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

  C. Shipping & Courier Delivery Responsibility

• Please ensure you or someone authorized is available to receive the package.
• The courier will make up to three delivery attempts.
• If undelivered after these attempts and returned to us, we will notify you.
• Re-delivery charges may apply based on the situation.
• No refund will be issued in cases where the package is returned due to unavailability of the recipient.
